Lucid Dreaming -- Dream Views It explains lucid dreaming and how to achieve lucidity during sleep which can help with nightmares. It has helped me a lot with my nightmares. I kinda strayed away from it for a while though because it was starting to play with my head a little bit. Ive noticed i've been using the techniques in my sleep recently though and i came across this forum and thought it may be of use to some of you. Have fun
