| Silent Jay. | Insomnia vs. Deep sleep
I'm kinda new, but I'm coming off speed/LSD right now. I've done it before but I can never stay clean for more than 3 days usually. This is my day two, but I always have trouble sleeping. I either feel extremely tired and fall into a deep sleep with extreme nightmares (deep sleep meaning lasting over 12 hours) or I'm just restless. I would try some sort of sleeping pill but I don't really trust myself to go out today because my cell phone has been ringing nonstop from friends that wanna "hang out". If I run into any of 'em I know I'll run myself into the ground... anybody have any tips on having a better sleep?

I found LSD to be very addictive to me 15 years ago I was doing 5 hits on the weekend every weekend, till it caught up with me and I had a major psychotic breakdown. Word of advice.. slow down on the tripping. You might think you have a good hold of yourself psychologicly(so did I) but the acid/speed will catch up with you sooner or later. GL on the sleep thing BTW.
