| woke up out of a very frustrating dream that seemed to be going on forever. I was shopping for clothes (which I hate to do cause I'm so hard to fit) and found beautiful pants that fit me, which I laid on the counter while still looking. I looked up to find that someone else had seen these pants on the counter and took them. This happened over and over. I was crying in the dream, cause it's so hard to find beautiful pants that fit me, and I'd lost them again and again. THis dream seemed to be going on all nite and the feelings of frustration and rage at my inattentiveness were overwhelming. I woke up feeling very agitated and upset. I often wake up still remembering my dream(s) but usually forget them within a few minutes of waking. This one was different, as if I'd actually been shopping. I've read and heard that dreams are our way of solving problems in our sleep. This one seemed to have been an unsolveable problem, as I kept "losing" the pants I'd found by not holding on to them, by leaving them "on the counter" and looking for more, and then losing them by my not paying attention. I wish my sleep/dreams were more restful. I wake up feeling as if I'd been fighting for my life all nite. Even sleep brings me no rest... ![]() |

| And then last nite had no strange dreams cause I couldn't get to sleep all nite. Was up all nite. Now feel like a zombie and burning eyes and depressed and exhausted. This has been a really crappy day and it's not nearly over yet. ![]() |
