Advice Please... Hi Guys ... My girlfriend has a lot of trouble with sleep, and I just wondered if anybody might be able to recommend anything. Although she gets quite hyperactive, or at least gets a 2nd wind before we go to bed (normally around 11:30pm) she never has any problems nodding off, and will usually sleep fine for the first few hours. But she seems to have incredibly vivid dreams that relate to things that have happened during the day, or that she has seen on TV that evening. These almost always wake her up. She then goes off to sleep again, but feels like she is woken 9 or 10 times in the night by vivid dreams. She never feels she has a good nights sleep. And regularly wakes around 5am and can't get back to sleep. She will then feel very drained all day long. Is there anything people can recommend to stop these vivid dreams? Thanks in Advance!

Re:advice Please... Hi, I had the same problem with my GF a few years ago and now she is on the quick acting. I search out a product DermaSleep over Internet and tried a suitable course for her. I found her eating and sleeping are more manageable. You may use DermaSleep. I’m sure it will help to get control of her sleep and her life. It’s really works without any side effects. Hope this will help you! Best of luck!

Same here. Sometimes really bizarre dreams, as if Im not asleep at all. Then I wake up and find it was a dream. Somewhat bad dream. Talk to a dr about a sleep aid. I tried the otc stuff. It has too many weird side effects. Vitamins like CalMagZinc, Bcomplex, and VitaminC help me a lot about an hour before bed. Not so much water before bed to avoid getting up often. By no means drink alcohol before bedtime. May help u sleep, but wakes u up a few hours later. May be accompanied by those horrid dreams. Intro

Your girlfriends sleep pattern is identical to mine. I am 44 and have been like this for 15 years. Anything that happens during the day plays out in my dreams. NO matter what time I go to bed up at 5;00 am. Have tried sleeping pills for one week no good, plus the chance of becoming addicted. Went to a sleep clinic, there advice no coffee etc. That was a huge help LOL. Not a good way to live, your are exhausted all the time. Still searching for answers to stop the vivid dreams.

Welcome to SR and our mental health forum. I don't have any experience that would be useful but wanted to pop in and say welcome.
