Thumbs up Finally sleeping a little better...

I am finally sleeping from about 10-4; although i wake up numerous times during the night. I think it is because I just started a tough job 8 hours a day 5 days a week.

YAY, You are healing quickly...and yes, I am sure the exertion is helping you to sleep as you are fatigued at bedtime. If you continue to wake frequently during the night, mention this to your Dr next appmt.
