my insomina is back - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I went through a bout of insomina (did I spell that right?) about the same time last year due to the fact that I thought my dad was back on drugs, turned out I was wrng (suprisingingly)

I think I have relapsed (is that the right term for this?) I am AGAIN no longer sleeping and AGAIN it's for the samw damn reason except this time the feeling is stronger cause we havent spoke in almost 5 months and that means only one thing, he's either A high B drunk, C rehab, D death

this is what brought the insomina on in the first place last year, but this time it's worse

holy crap I dont wanna go through this crap again it's 2:50 AM and I am not even CLOSE to sleepy
