it,s wild to read all of messed up stuff people have. and realize that everyone is the same.

i been i like every subject in the site .
i have found i have like everything wrong with me i geuse.LOL

so now i am in this sleeping section,and i have to tell you,i have restless legs,i have heart burn,i snore ...not all the time but it has been a problem in the past.

i kick and toss and turn, i steel the covers.I fart in bed,i get ran out of bed and sleep on the couch allot.LOL

i have the jimmy legs like every night

but the wildest thing that happens to me a few times a year,is i will gain conciousness ,like i will wake up....but i cannot move.it is the worst thing.you are like awake but you are paralized.i cant open my eyes,i get like this building strugle and panic to move a arm or something anything and i will finaly awake with a moan and with finaly getting controll of my arm.
you know what i mean ,i am fighting to make a sound and move or do anything,,,i go like mmmmmmmmhahaaaaaaaaaaaa sort of like the sound a mummy makes and i will lift my arm and be awake but sort of exhausted. it is like being traped in your own body.i hate it ....it is a feeling like fighting for your life.you struagle against compleat parilisis.I don't even think i am breathing when it happens.it sucks.
it's only a few times a year.so it's not that bad. but it is sort of interesting.
i think i have heard of it.i have heard of something on TV called sleap paralisis.i bet thats it.
