RLS/Sleep apnea/Insomnia

This is what I have recently been diagnosed with.

The doctor started me on Requip for the RLS. Ordered a C-Pap titration study for the apnea (I have 20 episodes an hour) and he wants me to talk to my psychiatrist about my stress and anxiety for the insomnia.

All I want is to get a good nights sleep. I haven't had one in years. I always feel exhausted.

I think I will be popping in this forum once in a while for some support.

I too was diagnosed with RLS/sleep aponea/insomnia late last year. I was having 14 episodes an hour but now with my CPAP machine it's down to 2.5 per hour. I'm still having terrible trouble sleeping BUT the quality of sleep I do get is so much better and I'm not half as tired during the day. I'm also on requip (it's called repreve here) for the restless leg and it's working wonders.
