| mergirl  | next week will mark 10 years
Since I lost the closest thing I will ever have to a son. I haven't felt this gut-kicked in so long. . . I wish nikkishine were around. I am absolutely untethered. Of course, i am in the midst of filing long over due divorce papers, living in a house of hate, and my job condition is bleak. At first I thought that was why my chest was so tight But I miss him so. he was such an amazing being. people want to come next week and grieve with me, but I just want to be alone, in my campsite at the beach. Nikki, I am taking flowers to tie messages to, and I will release them in the surf. Thank you for the inspiration, where ever you are. I hope I'm not this much of a basket case for a whole week.

last night was a big hit. Next Thursday I will drive up the coast in his beloved 66 mustang and camp on the beach on the same coast as that picture was taken. Next week I gave myself 5 days off of work to celebrate the gifts he gave me, and to grieve. I miss him a lot, but I am going to be o.k. Thanks for listening <3
