| Tough day today
It was my brothers funeral a while ago, 11th March, but today we finally had a small service to bury his ashes. Just family, my mum and dad, me and Joe, my aunt and my brothers girlfriend. I was fine at the actual funeral, I carried his coffin and read the eulogy, I think I was too numb for tears, but that was a beautiful day in every way. He died at the end of February, and I didn't sleep a full night till the day of his birthday, April 9th, it was like I was waiting for that day. Joe asked me if I'd be the one to put his Dad in his final resting place today and I was honoured to do so, my mum carried him from the cemetery gates and then passed him to me. Today was a tough day. |

(((Lucy))) I'm so sorry. I know it has been a hard day, and I'm sending you, Joe, and the rest of you some extra hugs and prayers. Amy

Lucy, prayers and healing going out for you, Joe, and your family. I'm sure you're brother appreciated being surrounded by his loved ones.
