Hung Himself,

I just have to post my sadness, an employee that I had last year, I learned today, he committed suicide, omg, how I cried when I learned the news, he was only 31, and I hear his parents would'nt help him out with money for meds, he seemed so gracious and sincere to me when working with him personally,

I must just say, dammit, the system for our loved ones is broken to an extent, if they reach out for help, some don't know even where to go, like poor Dan,

I can't even imagine this man doing this, I understand my own Husband's death from cocaine, more than this, and yes I understand life is so overwhelming, I feel the pinch everyday, but somehow, I can stand to deal with it,

I just want to say for the weak souls, and sadly my Marty was one of them, and for the ones, like Marty who did reach out to a shortage of beds in detox, that the system has failed so many,

the economic times, leave our loved ones to fend for themselves I feel, it's , not that they did'nt reach out for it,

does anyone on here agree with me, that WE are all Victims of circumstance to some extent?

Deb

(((((Debbie)))))

So sorry to hear of this new loss.

The only thing more insane than addiction and mental illness is the system that is in place to help the people with these problems.

It does seem like the whole system needs to be reworked. Too many people are lost.

I am so sorry for your loss.

I agree with you and Splenda...the system lets too many people fall through the cracks.

Hugs and prayers!

Amy

Yes, I and the professionals agree. I had a great many books to help me understand and heal. Sincere condolences!
