Jay, My mom left this earth just over a month ago. Though I was not the sole caregiver, I spent quite a bit of time, and two full summers as the sole caregiver. So, I know a bit of what you went through. I do hope that you were able to get time for yourself during those stressful years. It's taxing, in so many ways, even as we do want to take care of our parents, who cared for us and gave us life. How are you doing? And G*D bless you for what you did for your parents... It meant the world to them, even if they couldn't express it. ![]() (I don't know if that's the case, I'm just saying *if*) Shalom!

Yes to my mother and my father and grandmom before they passed. I understand the stress and if you read my post in grief/loss forum titled Loss of income, you will see the current stress I am dealing with. Just keep going to meetings because, for me, without this program I would not be around! Losing loved ones is never easy. Especially when you are caring for them and making them a main priority in your life. God bless you!! |
