EVERYONE! I'm so grateful for my wonderful sober life. And I'm thankful and grateful for all my wonderful sober friends, AA, and my higher power whom have all helped and encouraged me in my soberity. I couldnt have done it these past 3 plus years without all of your help.

Hi everyone! Today I am sooo grateful to be sober! And I'm grateful for all my friends who have helped me with their very valuable ESH. Without your help I couldnt have made it this far. 3 years & 7 months. I'm also grateful to my higher power who has helped me thur prayer stay sober one day at a time.

An attitude of gratitude gets you through the any absolute nut crushing day! It's not difficult to have one.. all you gotta do is count your blessings... everyone has some to count.. everyone! There's just not enough said about the power and importance of having an attitude of gratitude! It's an emotion that is so easy to obtain it's overlooked as simplistic bliss ninnyness.. but try it out and you'll feel like the winner you are.
