| Gratitude is action!
Gratitude is more than saying "Thank You". For me, it's action. Its going to meetings even when I don't want to or feel like it. It's listening to someone who's hurting even tho I'm missing my favorite TV show. It's being out late because my friend needed someone to talk to. It's sharing the message of hope in recovery at meetings even tho' I don't feel like talking. It's reaching out to a visitor or a newcomer and extending my hand as well as my phone number. Saying "Thank You" is nice, but action speaks louder than words!
