Today I am grateful to be clean and sober for 30 days. I cant say it has been easy but I do really appricate all of the support that I have gotten from the people here. Thank you.

30 days is wonderful!!!! Keep going! Congrats to you!! And what CAPTAINZING2000 says, about not remembering your last bad day, well I have heard that from several people, I guess we have a whole lot of great things to look forward to if that's the case!!
