Grateful Parade Today - SoberRecovery : Alcoholism Drug Addiction Help and Information

I am so grateful on this New Year day that for the first time in years I can watch the MUMMERS parade in admiration, and joy.

This parade is a big reminder to me of the times I had missed it or skipped it or just plain lied to loved ones that I was at it. Today I've been watching it all day, and just loving it.

I'm grateful to live in Philly. I appreciate the traditions. I am in awe of history, and our culture. It's great to look at my city in this light as opposed to a cesspool of drugs. I'm really happy, and grateful today.
