Today (well, technically yesterday, since it's past midnight) was a hard day. Very hard. I really wanted to act out. But I just got myself back home quickly (a safe place to be for me) and avoided acting out. Very grateful to my Higher Power and to all of you. Feel better now.

ChrisMan-- That's awesome. I really believe that when we don't give in to the urge, it makes us stronger and much more able to meet the next challenge. Thanks for sharing, it gives me hope that I can do the right thing too.
