I am Grateful to my God,

For all the moments and joy I have received in this life. For the friends I have made and the friends who are no longer with me. For the family that I was BLESSED with who never forgot me and gave me hope and inspiration in the darkest of days. I'm grateful to be alive, to be here now and to have hope restored where there once was nothing. For all the love that I've been given and all the people who didn't ask for anything in return. For a new day and a new life and the will to make things better for myself and others. For all the people in recovery who have become like brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers to me. I will never be able to express in language how grateful I am.
