Grateful to have the money to take my youngest to the dentist to get braces.
Grateful she handled the procedure with courage and humor.
Grateful to be sober and for being a great mom.
Grateful for my life.

Grateful to know I have most things under control and my life is not in disarray.
Grateful to be sober and for my determination to take responsibility to get the stuff and things in my life straightened out.
Grateful to learn from all the mistakes and for the work I have done to get to this point.
Grateful for another day sober to move forward.
Grateful for my kids and grateful they are all happy.
Grateful my husband is really starting to recover from his heart attack and addictions.
Grateful for everything in my life.

I am grateful for waking up his morning... instead of "coming to." And I'm grateful for a morning walk to drink in the beauty of the summer day instead of obsessing over where my next drink or drug will come from.
