Today I am grateful for
Good Morning.
Today I am grateful for another day alcohol free. As many of you know I have struggled so much with finding day one and finding a way to stay sober.
I am just going to wake up everyday and say thank you for another day sober. Once I get a week or two under my belt I might expand into the other forums. But for now I just am going to be grateful for the sober day I had previously.
Thank you to you all for the support.
I hate alcohol and the damage it has done to my body, life and relationships. I am beat down as low as I have ever been.
grate·ful (grāt′fəl)
adj.
1. Appreciative of benefits received; thankful: I'm grateful for your help.
2. Expressing gratitude: a grateful look.
3. Affording pleasure or comfort; agreeable: grateful relief from the hot sun.

Good morning!
One day at a time is what works. Looking far into the future can be overwhelming. Your past does not define who you are in the present.
Congratulations on being alcohol free.
