Counting my Many Blessings
So grateful to still have my Dad nearby and in good health, having re-gained my sobriety, a roof over my head, a new job, my own health, and still a bright future ahead!

At least I got 1 day on the job!
Waiting for the bus to head to work for day #2 this morning, noticed I had a voicemail that came in after I'd gone to bed last night. It was a notification that my employer had decided to lay off 15 people because of a decrease in their shipping orders! That lay off included me, of course.
One day on the job! Things are really bad here in my hometown!
Nevertheless, this will only serve to strengthen my resolve... I will not "pick up" again at all costs, and will go ahead and fight the big fight!
