Today I am grateful that I am sober 💜 I am grateful for the daily connections I have with friends, family and colleagues whether it be face to face, telephone, messages or emails. I am grateful that my working week is nearly over. I am grateful that I was able to assert myself twice today in my personal life and in a professional capacity.

Today I am grateful that I am sober 💜 I am grateful that it is the weekend. I am grateful that I was able to attend a family function sober. I am grateful that I will not wake up tomorrow with a hangover and anxiety.

Today I am grateful that I am sober 💜 I am grateful that I had a productive day at work. I am grateful that I submitted my progression paperwork. I am grateful that I had the house to myself this evening. I am grateful for today's action steps.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful that Fridays are no longer filled with the anticipation of drinking...the process of drinking...or the resulting hangover on a Saturday morning. I am grateful to my sobriety mentor for the quotes he sent me.

Today I am grateful for my sobriety 💜 I am grateful for my new...very comfortable...sandals. I am grateful to my husband for letting me off load the day's stresses...felt so much better afterwards. I am grateful that my sister has sold her house and will be able to move to the place she has been wanting to buy. I am grateful for the audiobook I am listening to at the moment...'Drinking; a Love Story' by Caroline Knapp...thanks SR for the recommendation.
