Today I am grateful for:
1. starting a new diet & exercise plan with a lady in my neighborhood, grateful for something new to focus on

Today I am grateful for:
1. my shakes arrived
2. getting through about a month's worth of mail I had stacked on my counter (not bills )
3. getting some extra sleep today
4. a busy day planned for tomorrow

Today I am grateful for:
1. the little bit of sun we got today
2. my doctor's visit yesterday
3. grape bubblegum that I have at my desk it reminds me of being a kid and getting gas and my mom would always buy me a pack of grape bubblegum
4. another drug they are trying on my mom, hopeful it works

Today I am grateful for:
1. waking up to my yard being mowed yesterday morning
2. a coupon for a free coffee from Scooters
3. losing 6lbs with just increasing my water and making healthier food decisions
4. my cat Tilly who keeps trying to give me kisses while I am trying to type

Today I am grateful for:
1. the potholes finally being fixed on the street by my work
2. a new daycare pass at my dog's daycare (this time only a 10 day pass because it was easier to come up with the money but I will make sure she still gets to go a good amount of days )
3. a great weather day today and lots of sun

1. it's Easter
2. getting to spend time with my family today
3. my dog & my brother's dog are getting along better
4. feeling motivated to start my new "diet" tomorrow, and not taking home any candy

Today I am grateful for:
1. the weekend and the close to perfect weather
2. getting stocked up on fruits, vegetables, chicken & fish and feeling motivated and for my "fitness coach" for messaging me making sure I understand the diet/fitness plan and keeping me motivated
3. a good hair day today, because it doesn't happen often and it makes me feel better about myself
4. watching my dog work on her Kong toy for an hour trying to get at the peanut butter & treats inside
5. SR
