Grateful to have spent my day outside and in the sunshine.
Grateful to feel calm and at peace tonight.
Grateful I can snuggle into my freshly washed bed sheets and enjoy the comfort.
Grateful I'm sober and will not be hungover in the morning.

I ate a doughnut today. It was delicious. I am grateful to be able to cruise around town, to feel joyous and to feel happy enough about myself to enjoy a treat!
I saw a doc today about a weird spot on my nose. It was not cancer. Really, really, grateful!

Grateful that I may have found a reason for my fatigue. ..high blood pressure medication that is supposed to be taken at night because it causes tiredness. ..and I've been taking it in the morning!

Grateful that I enjoy school more than I ever did

Grateful for not reacting to those in my family that still use drugs and refuse to get help

Grateful for a program of recovery.
Grateful to finally begin settling into acceptance. Gratefully accepting I'm not going to one day wake up and find I can live the way I once lived. Those days are gone.
