Today I am grateful for a call from my brother that lifted my spirits and that my mom gets to come home for Thanksgiving and permanently in probably two more weeks

1. a peaceful and restful weekend
2. my new battery arrived & my cell phone works again

3. a productive day at work today & having such great co-workers
4. Thanksgiving is only 3 days away

Hi Soberwolf

It is like hail but very small, like frozen rain. The ground is cold so it sticks and streets become very slick. I can drive in snow but the ice scares me a little.

Today I am grateful for:

1. I have one more day before I have to go back to work
2. A relaxing day of watching TV and taking naps with my dog & cats
3. I didn't drink today
4. Hot tea that helps keep me warm

Safe journeys driving I was just talking to my neice about not wearing down brake pads until she told me shed done just that & cut up her brakeplate
