Grateful for a good speaker meeting tonight.
Grateful for a new pair of workout shoes plus they were on sale.
Grateful to have gotten some errands done today.
Grateful for having more energy today and no headache.

Grateful for the gorgeous day it was. Grateful i didnt smoke or drink today. Grateful for sr and its wonderful community. Grateful to feeling less anxious and more free everyday.

Grateful for a 2 1/2 hour nap Fri night!

Grateful to take 10 mg ambien so I can hopefully get some more sleep tonight/morning!

Grateful to have the weekend off and plan on getting my workout in, haircut, meetings, other things done!

Grateful for the enormous time I spent Detailing my DH's car.
Grateful for the nice Hot shower after cleaning my DH's car.
Grateful for the Ceviche salad wrapped in Tortillas.
