I'm grateful that I posted here instead if drinking. I had a nice evening. A nice SOBER evening. Went for a bike ride, made dinner for the family, watched a little TV and now I'm getting ready to read in bed with my puppy laying beside me.

This way of life is so much better. I'm too exhausted to go back to drinking. I'm also grateful for the support I got on SR today when my addictive voice started chirping in my ear today.
