Grateful that I made peace with somebody close to me and resisted the strong urge for tit-for-tat. "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger" (Proverbs 15:1). It was really difficult to take the high road, but I'm glad I did.

Grateful for all of the choices that are available to me today as a result of living sober for a long long time.

Gilmer, restraint is an excellent choice, and I practice it every day in spite of my AV tempting me to do otherwise.

Courage, does this mean that your friend and his fellows have been rescued? I hope so!

Grateful that I found out some good work-related news today - so relieved, I was soo nervous
Grateful to have cleaned my whole house before midday so I can enjoy my day off in a nice environment
Grateful for my health
Grateful for my dog and the nice walk we had this morning
Grateful to be spending time with the lovely people on SR

1. Grateful that persons in the grat pack have been reaching new milestones!.
2. Grateful that courage's friend is okay and at base camp.

Grateful for a cozy cardigan and cup of coffee on this "chilly" spring day in the south. Yeah, it's really "cold" down here today 
Grateful for sobriety, for SR friends, for the hope and positivity we can all experience here, for peace, and contentment.
