Grateful for another sober day. Another hangover free morning. Not having to feel sick like that anymore.

Grateful for daily 6:45 AA meetings. Grateful to make it to a woman's meeting today. Grateful for some time in the library before a yoga class.

Grateful to see a beautiful cardinal this morning. Grateful for time outside. Library books. 338 sober days. Positive people in my life. A sponsor. Grateful to be getting my step 4 underway. Grateful to not be high all the time which lets me focus and read books and develop my mind.

Thanks for reading, have a beautiful day everybody.

Grateful to be feeling Rusty invisibly maybe I hope telling me it's all right.
Grateful that I've figured out that a collaborator is trying to pull a scam before my commitment with her has gotten too deep.

Angel on horseback! You go Strangeangel.

Grateful for the gift of a chilly grey Sunday -- a day to be cosy at home with productive work and lovely leisure indoors.

Grateful for an abundance of assets to replace the liabilities attached to the drinking and drugging that was the focus of my life 29 years ago.

1. Grateful that I can take a day off today.
2. Grateful to be sober.
3. Grateful not to have to do the recycle bin check anymore to see how much I drank the night before or to have to scroll through my texts to see if I sent anything stupid.

Grateful for having somebody so wonderful in my life that would let me go through this journey with her.
Grateful for my own sanity and reasoning that has stopped me from continuing to self destruct.
Grateful for things I cannot change, and am not in control of.
Grateful to see there are other ways.
