Grateful that I got some work done on my essay today

Grateful that I feel calm and OK right now

Grateful for the gift of sugar. It is saving my sanity at the moment

Grateful for a full belly and that I've never known hunger

Grateful for the beautiful moon this evening. Time to relax. Decent dinner, amazing dessert. A productive day at work. This feeling of strength and capability, and drive and motivation. Sincerely wanting to do a good job and caring. Grateful for my new attitude. Friendship and laughter and herbal teas. Kirtan music. My yoga practice. Working with plants. Being out in nature. All of you. The recovery community. The yoga community.
