And another very grateful yoga-phile here! I would never have dreamt of doing yoga in my drinking days but now it is a real source of joy

Grateful that I usually sleep like a log and I will again as autumn arrives.

I am grateful to be sober, and for my beautiful healthy cat, for a roof over my head, some food in the fridge and my car.
I am grateful that my dad is still with us.
And I am grateful for all of you.
I am grateful that in the midst of the despair I am feeling right now, I can remember that this too shall pass...

Thanks for posting this avatar, FBL -- I'm grateful for Star Trek and Spock and the memes they've contributed over the years. Grateful for my husband who used to make up long wild Star Trek-based bedtime stories for our son, and grateful for my son who still 20 years later can quote the intro, "Long long ago, in a galaxy far far away, there was a ship, and the name of the ship was the Starship Enterprise."

LLAP.

Grateful to be able to sleep in a bit after a long, but really good work week (sans the commute ). Grateful I was able to keep up at my new job, I haven't lost my beancounting skills. Grateful I have the health to be able to run all of the annoying errands I have to run today.

Have a beautiful day all my sr friends.

1. Grateful for Vee and Courage's words this morning.
2. Grateful that both my husband and I are celebrating a major milestone.
3. Grateful that it isn't as cold as yesterday.
4. Grateful that I am not sick.

Thank you ((((((Gilmer)))))) and......

Grateful that my gorgeous partner got me a nitro prescription which opens up my veins so the blood can flow and the pain is much less and I am walking at a faster pace.

Spock was 83, and I am 83, but not ready to go yet.

Grateful to still be here with all of you guys and dolls.

Why don't you recite us some Spock-style poetry, GGP?

My brain was full so I removed the Spock poetry to make room for new stuff like "deal with it" and "it is what it is".
