Grateful for understanding my burdens can be lifted and I don't ever have to do everything myself. Even when I am by myself, I no longer feel alone

Grateful to be able to give away excess stuff at 'Hospice For Seniors' today. Plenty more where that came from.

Grateful for having a new clean Truck after having the prior SUV for 14 years.

Grateful for the unbelievable Night Sky last night in 26 F degrees. Lotsa Planets out, and a blistering Milky Way on display right down to the Horizon.

Xmas Antlers just now at Sunrise...

I hope you're 100% soon, EQ!

Grateful for comforts when my head isn't right -- coffee, bed, buttered crackers, warm socks.
Grateful to have learned that I have the capacity to reach a state of mind that's better than being drunk by far, and to know it's part of my job in sobriety to get there as often as I can, because it's good for me. I don't know how to reach it on purpose, but I recognize it as a gift when I'm there.

I'm grateful for:
  • My Wife
  • My Daughter
  • My Son
  • The rest of our family (most of the time)
  • my job
  • our house
  • That I've never seriously hurt myself of someone else while drinking
  • I've never gotten a DUI
  • SR (all of you)
  • My higher power

I am grateful that I made it through a very stressful day yesterday without drinking! Day 3 on the books. Grateful that on another stressful day, day 4, there is a women's meeting I can go to after work.

Grateful for SR forums.

Grateful that I have an extra half hour this morning before I head off to work.

Grateful that I have time for a hearty bowl of porridge - it's cold, wet and windy outside.

Sunshine

Hee hee...

Imagines ChickChick running around with her new Chicks, like Judy Garland's Character 'Dorothy' at the beginning of my all time fav Film 'The Wizard Of Oz'. If you tend to lose AC Power, consider a type of Power Alarm to warn you if/when the Incubator has shut off. They're used on Home Freezers.

Grateful for watching Bunnies run around in early darkness, tripping on the Motion Detector Door Light outside.

Grateful to look at our tricked-out Xmas Tree with '40s vintage Family Ornaments, thanks to Missus Mesa.

Grateful for another fine day pending to go let the Pooch run around on the Plateau shown below.
