Actually struggling to come up with something, bad sign.

Okay, I'm grateful my little one will sit quietly in front of "Frozen" for a while so I can try to get it together.

I'm grateful we will have nice weather for a walk today.

I'm grateful my husband is home today so I have a little help.

That's the trick -- I'm grateful to have learned that especially on the days when I feel like "I got nothing", it's worth it to spend a few minutes remembering what I have to be grateful for. It helps me through the whole day.
