Grateful for someone sharing her story on today's Anorexics & Bulimics Anonymous phone meeting whom I had not heard before. It was inspiring. Surrender, surrender, surrender.....

And grateful for my vet not charging me much for a bunch of stuff for the stray cat I brought in to get tested for FeLV. She was quite taken with him; he is very handsome and very sweet, but I'll be finding him a new permanent home. Glad I am helping a friend "replace" her lost cat and helping the stray.

Grateful I did decide to go to the Whimsical Women craft show where a good friend was exhibiting. Didn't stay long, but I think it meant a lot to her that I showed up (and bought some things).

And grateful for the metaphysical hypnosis workshop I attended this afternoon. My friend Jennifer does the most interesting things. We did automatic writing and, oddly enough, I ended up with more cooking ideas!
