grateful for;
my new pair of garishly luminescent trainers
trying a new anitdepressant. over most of the withdrawal now.
keeping creative
that i got paid this month just in time
i have loads of gigs over christmas which will keep money coming in
i can let go of all the agony and ruminating and begin the process of acceptance.
i never look back anymore. what was then is not interesting to me, because it is hopelessly skewed and biased. I only move forward.
i will go to aa in spring to pick up a 5 year chip
i can learn from others in recovery from alcoholism and depression.
i have psychotherapy coming up soon.
dentist appointment.

For lying in bed with a woman
For the prospect of a better life
For stretching and massaging
For looking for work
For occasional chocolate blowouts!
For letting steam off gradually and not bottling it up
Not letting technology grind me down and tuning into myself instead

For the tidy room i live in
for playing fifa with my friend
for the walk home from the bus on a different route
for choosing not to take the bait
for filling my life with positive people and things
for not judging people as it brings me down
for avoiding mudslinging matches
for people open to talking to me
