Grateful that I have my very first coaching call this evening (I'm the coachee not the coach), I have no idea what to expect, but I'm really excited.

Grateful that with (almost) half a year of sobriety I can feel good about spending some money on something that will help me grow even more.

Grateful to be back today after a bad reaction to my flu shot on Tuesday cause aging is not for sissies.

Grateful that I don't have a shotgun cause I might use it on a bad day, and that would mess up recovery and......

That's it. Grateful to be having a great day today.

Those flu shots can sometimes make you more vulnerable than anything...

Anyways, today I'm grateful that I can focus on kindness and seeing the positive attributes in those who surround me and in myself.
