Grateful to be meeting up with some family today at a wedding.

Grateful that my dad is doing a little better ~ fighting pneumonia at 93 plus can't be easy, and I am proud of him.
Grateful that I am sober and able to be a good carer once again.

Grateful that your Dad has your love and support while surviving the aging process until his human experience has ended.

Grateful that my wife is baking a cake for our friend who will be 97 on Monday.

Grateful that I will be celebrating 83 years of my human experience next Tuesday Nov. 4th which is also election day in the states. My wife is baking sugar free oatmeal cookies for my party with our friends who are mainly widows.

Grateful there is not much competition for the hugs from the widows.

Grateful that today is Friday (TGIF)! Grateful that I have more "stick to it ness" now that I'm sober and I'm procrastinating less. Less procrastination means less guilt and stress!

Grateful to be able to take care of others and to be taken care of, sometimes.
Grateful to have actually gotten excited about a project and to find out I can still feel what that feels like.
