EQ, I believe "trice" means three times, like twice means two times.

Grateful for Well of Mercy. A brief quiet retreat is just what I need.

And grateful for meeting a new neighbor here at The Well, 45 minutes from our homes, especially since she works for Cancer Services and really understood my stories about what I just went through with my dad. Mysterious ways, I tell you!

Love and hugs,
Eddie

Grateful that today I had the courage to be more honest than I have been.

Grateful for a great yoga class with a joyful, inspiring teacher.
Grateful for a nice big from the woman I work for this am.
Grateful for my daily am meetings and the group there. Like my sponsor says, it takes dedication and willingness to get there every day at 645.
Grateful I have that willingness as well.
Grateful for another sober day.

Grateful for our recovery BBQ last night, and the newcomer who helped out with the grilling.

I'm so very, very grateful that I'm now home from a two week holiday and I am still alcohol free. It's the first sober holiday I can remember (as an adult), and I really thought it would be a challenging time, but it's over, and I have 5 months of freedom under my belt. It's amazing to me!

Grateful that Free had a successful sober holiday!

Grateful that I went to work today even though I was up coughing for most of the night

Grateful that my little football team have had 2 away wins in 5 days - after suffering their worst start to a football season for 31 years!

Grateful I got to spend some time with my nephew and his friend on the way to his football game. Grateful for the warm feelings and the hilarious sense of humor in these young teenagers.

Grateful for my faith.

I am SO happy for you!

Grateful I got to spend a lot of time outside today tending to flowers and just relaxing. Grateful my dog got to stay outside a lot today too, because the weather was so cool and I was home. That hasn't happened in a long time for him.

Grateful to catch my own self judgements in my head.... sometimes. Grateful when I started feeling depressed this afternoon, I suddenly realized what I had been thinking that would certainly depress me. I hadn't been aware of it, and suddenly, I was. It was so obvious. I made the connection. Grateful I refocused my mind and changed my activity.

Grateful that is only possible through sobriety.

Thumbs up

I am grateful for hosting a party, having friends and kids, great food, serving wine to my guest and not having one drop.
