That it's cool enough to have the bedroom window open, can hear the beach bugs, ocean, occasional wind and tire noise from cars, some car stereos every once in a while.

To have, atleast temporarilly, a lift of some heavy brain fog. It's been so freaking long. Holy sh1+!!

Me, too! I joined the 21st Century myself just a couple of weeks ago. Grateful for a good belly laugh from Siri a few days ago. I asked her to call someone and she asked me which one when there was only one person with that name. I said, "What the f*** are you talking about, Siri?" Siri said, "I don't understand 'what the f*** are you talking about, Siri'." It was hilarious.

Grateful for getting our mountain house shut down for the winter...without my dad. It was always his thing. With him gone, I enlisted my ex, who is also an ex-plumber, to help. It went well enough.

And grateful for Elementary, with Jonny Lee Miller. SHould tide me over 'til the "real" Sherlock comes back.....Christmas ....2015?

Glad for volunteering at the food bank. Not quite sure why I like it as much as I do, but it doesn't matter.

And glad for a good talk with the volunteer coordinator at the adolescent substance abuse program where I volunteer, too.
