Grateful for 36 days without a drink in the last 54. From never going a day without drinking to 2/3 of the way there. I'm not giving up. Looking forward to 3/3, wait - that is 100%. It's a goal worth shooting for.

Grateful for those that continue to reach 100% of their goals - they continue to show the rest of us it can be done.

Grateful my brother and sis in law checked on the dog and picked up and filled the doggy script for controlled substance (while I worked) so I'd have his dose tonight. Grateful the dogwalker also came and gave him his afternoon dose.

Grateful he was energetic with them as he is not yet that way with me. Wasn't in the window when I pulled up like he always is, and didn't meet me at the door as he ALWAYS does. This disturbs me but grateful to work hard at not awfulizing and taking a day at a time. I will tell myself it wont always be this way and some day he will want to play again with me.

Grateful I just got sick because my stomach is tied up in knots. Maybe that will help me feel better.

Grateful the neighbor dog owner is bringing me a check tomorrow for the additional $150 I spent on dog medical bills the last few days.
