Grateful to stay calmly in the moment.
Grateful I can comfort a friend whose Mother just died Saturday from the same thing which took my Mother.
Grateful to not draw negative conclusions and not project negatives into the future.
Grateful to tolerate anxiety about the future and refocus on today.
Grateful for this wonderful cool weather. Just love it.

Grateful for finally making it out of The Great Dismal Swamp and back to the North Carolina Piedmont!

And grateful for a nice rollerblade on the boardwalk in Virginia Beach this morning.

Grateful for the right pair of sunglasses for when I drive. I even wear them on cloudy days and can see just fine.

Grateful for a pretty good nights sleep in spite of my anxiety over the future. And I should know better than to be worrying about that. ODAAT!

Grateful for a good phone conversation with a friend from high school I hadn't spoken to for a long time. Glad I could be of service, particularly since I was feeling pretty useless and down.

And grateful for knowing that, even though I may feel like an old, fat, crazy loser today, I don't have to "fight" that idea anymore than I have to buy into it. IT WILL PASS. Glad my friend called to help it pass.

I am grateful finally to have my dog home from the hospital now after he was atfacked by another dog while I walked him.

Sleeping on floor witb him. Grateful brother came to help.

EQ... glad your dog is back home. My dog was hit by a car a few weeks ago, so I know the feeling. Ugh.

Grateful to be doing so well in training.

Grateful to be donating a whole bunch of old clothes tomorrow. Ready to declutter!
