Grateful I made it through yesterday sober when my AV was just chattering away. I MADE IT!

Grateful to wake up to another beautiful fall morning here.

Grateful that my weekend is planned out and I have things to occupy my time instead of drinking.

Grateful that today is Friday and I can have the weekend for a little R and R.

Grateful I bought some nice smelling bubble bath and a scented candle last night that I will be using soon.

Grateful for all the simplest of things.

And most of all, grateful for this Web site and all of you.

Grateful that I can remember all of them and feel the love of one drunk for another until we learned to love ourselves.

Thanks for the reminder Rusty.

Congratulations, HL!

Grateful for a little bit of measurable growth in an are that's been weak all of my life.

Grateful to be with GentleSoul, on Day 6 here myself.

Grateful to read Gladiolus mantra: “Dance. Smile. Giggle. Marvel. TRUST. HOPE. LOVE. WISH. BELIEVE. Most of all, enjoy every moment of the journey, and appreciate where you are at this moment instead of always focusing on how far you have to go.” ― Mandy Hale
so inspiring and so true!

Grateful I made it through Day 4 and 5 without giving in!

Grateful that as I washed dishes this morning, a little speck of dust was floating in the air and I watched how it almost seemed to glimmer in the sunlight as it floated to the floor.

Grateful for the very simplest of things today.
