Today I am grateful for a beautiful day, and that I get to spend it with my mom and nieces at the park with a picnic. Days like these help take my stresses away for a bit.

Today I'm grateful that my headache didn't turn into a full blown migraine

Grateful for the support and suggestions from folks on SR

Grateful what seemed like a dreadful morning has turned into a productive but not too stressful work day

Grateful for my break now, sitting in a beautiful area with a coffee
