(((Aly)))) you hang in there!
I have found it is the rough patches that make our sobriety stronger. Personally i think we need these periodic "sobriety tests" though they're not fun! Take pride in your commitmemt for sobriety: you made it "for better and for worse, in sickness and in health...". And you are doing it. It is a vow we can cherish everyday.
Grateful I have stuck with it so far and that I fight complacency with grats.
Grateful I wake up with a clear head and can remember my commitments and honor them and postpone shortterm pleasure for long term gain. Sobriety taught me all that!
Grateful sobriety teaches me how to be a better more mature person.
Grateful my temp work is appreciated.

Grateful for another sober day.
Grateful for my blanket and that its time for bed.
Grateful I made it to yoga.
Grateful for my wonderful, positive SO.
Grateful I didn't have a hangover today, I haven't had one for at least 119 days, and I won't have one tomorrow.

Grateful to be feeling strong again.

Grateful for old friends. Grateful to have a recalled part on my car replaced today. Feels safer now Grateful for the sound and sight of doggies eating almond butter. Grateful for a delicious dinner tonight. Grateful for clarity in sobriety.
Grateful for some sense of accomplishment at work.
Grateful that I was able to finally see the financial situation after my last period of irresponsibility.
Grateful that I popped food into the oven instead of going out--which always ends badly.
Grateful that I'll be okay tomorrow.
Thank you SR

Grateful to go see my Dad today and make him lunch. He was asleep when I arrived, but he stayed up 3 hours and visited and then laid down to rest and sent me on my way. He ate all the food I put in front of him and his concentration and color were better then I had seen in a long time. Grateful he has hope from the surgeon that by spring he may be able to resume some former activities that made his life richer.
Grateful for some solutions to some other small obstacles today.
Grateful it is my nephew/ Godson's 32nd birthday today, and I saw his one year old son. I remember playing with my nephew as a baby and now I get to play with his sweet son too .
Grateful for love of family. When I drank I did not appreciate them at all, I am sad to say. But now they mean everything.
