After a brief bout with my cunning nemesis, I am back to day one and back to SR. I know that the story is old, but I do feel some improvement.

While I did succumb and drink, I did not let it completely submerge me. And, I dragged myself out much, much more quickly. So, it's a loss and a victory, and I am grateful to be sober again and back on SR.

Grateful for chiropractic. Had an awful crick in my neck yesterday and this morning and now it's just a little sore.

And grateful I returned to volunteer at the food bank. I started there for a GISHWHES item and I find I'm enjoying it more than I expected to.

Grateful for Missy's growfh and determination. Once you admit what is going on it becomes a lot harder to put the genie back in the bottle! At least that's how it is with me.

Grateful my niece liked my house and her twin 3 yr old girls liked the little embroidered pillows I gave them.

Grateful though tomorrow will be super stressful at work with inspections at least it is almost over. Grateful I know that my anticipatory fear is worse than the actual event will be. Grateful for ginger capsules for my queasy stomach.

I'm so grateful for the entire day- all of it! I got promoted today at work to the Assistant Production Coordinator on the film I'm currently working on, I got off work in time to tuck my daughter into bed and the stars are out in the sky tonight, so beautiful ....life is good

Grateful for a big share with EQ. Remember the white sunrise you had the other day EQ? We have had a lot of rain lately, unusual for us, I got out of the car this evening and the eastern sky at sunset was white with cloud and sunset. I looked and thought, "EQ, it's like you said about the sunrise you had."

Grateful for everyone that showed up for the visitation at the funeral. Grateful I didn't have to stay long, I don't want to remember my friend like that. Grateful we are given healthy new bodies when we pass away, and what is left is just the vessel.

Grateful the work inspection went fine and more grateful it is over.

Grateful my dogwalker notified me today that my dog had a setback and that way I could call the vet and fit my dog in tonite after work. Grateful I got paid today and the money is in the account I needed to pay the vet. Grateful to have made a new plan for the dog's recovery and grateful the shot they gave him has relaxed him and he is sleeping.

Grateful to try and face what comes with less drama.

Grateful that my increased heart rate today came from working out and not from post-drinkage heart racing.

Grateful to spend the day outside discovering new things tomorrow, rather than having to spend it in bed.

Grateful I was able to lead the Friday Anorexics and Bulimics Anonymous phone meeting. It turned out the person who was supposed to lead's alarm clock messed up, so it was good I just happened to be ready to chair. Glad to be of service.

And grateful to meet with my therapist at the horse farm. We had a nice talk and he gave me some things to think about.

Grateful to be of service. Grateful for a nice anniversary meeting today. Grateful for triple digits of sobroety- 100 days! Grateful for everyone's share and gratitude and the support of SR. Grateful or increased mental clarity and being able to engage with people. Grateful for my health- a friend of mine is very, very sick with leukimka and I'm realizing how health and life are so precious.
