Talking Strength in Music...

Ya know what is ironically strange? i needed to find my strength, and i found it... i really found it. And i found it while i was listening to my CD's and this song came on, just as i was thinking that life was hard.. and this song made me stop and think, and then i picked up my bible and thanked god i was alive....

i tried to kill the pain
but only brought more
i lay dying
and i'm pouring crimson regret and betrayal
i'm dying praying bleeding and screaming
am i too lost to be saved
am i too lost?

my God my tourniquet
return to me salvation
my God my tourniquet
return to me salvation

do you remember me
lost for so long
will you be on the other side
or will you forget me
i'm dying praying bleeding and screaming
am i too lost to be saved
am i too lost?

my God my tourniquet
return to me salvation
my God my tourniquet
return to me salvation

my wounds cry for the grave
my soul cries for deliverance
will i be denied
Christ
tourniquet
my suicide

i needed to find my salvation and a way to make my cravings stop, and this was the turning point for me... you should all have this song...

while it was on, i was thinking about my lowest point, and i saw all i have done flash infront of me. i was like... whoah!

also... as a release, i have been working on my demo CD and i am practicing for american idol in the fall!

Are there any songs that give you strength? have you found a release in music like i have? or am i the only one..... =-)~
