Grateful I threw tarps over my bushes that were budding to protect them from last night's frost. Grateful I brought in the potted full blooming plants last night. It went from near 80° F on Sunday to below 30° F last night and wind chill even lower. Sigh. Time to bundle up.

Grateful for a mindfulness class this morning that is teaching me to deal with some rather unruly emotions . Grateful for other people who go through some of the weird things I go through and offer their support and kindness. Grateful for a sense of humor esp when things get tough.
