I am grateful for being able to re-discover all the movies and TV shows I watched when drunk or high off my butt during active addiction that I can't really remember. I actually have rented DVDs from Netflix in the past two years and started watching it and realized I had already seen them and forgot to rate them. Sometimes they were good, sometimes they were not so good (overcoming poor judgment/taste as an active addict is a benefit of being sober too), but they were new to me! What else have you re-discovered in recovery?
