Tonight, I am grateful to be solid and sober. I can look on the beautiful "super Moon" with my hi-power binoculars and take in all its scarred beauty.

I am grateful to reconnect with the things I once found fascinating and wonderful.

I use my attention to the moons phases to remind me there is a natural rhythm to things, and that things roll around if you just hang on.
