A newly soner young man joined my home group.

I love to see the 20 year olds reaching out for help.

My apartment is in a "elderly poor" project.

Tonight a church group delivered a Thanksgiving box..Frozen
Turkey and trimings.

As I am alone..and not fond of turkey..

What a pleasure to give it to a single Dad..feeding 4.

Tonight I was in a bar..it was the only place to wait for a ride home. It had been 2 /3 years since I last perched on a stool.

How sad the patrons seemed..pathetic losers... loudly boosting their egos.

Super Birthday...

The Zone Xmas party tonight was awesome...bitter cold outside Love and warm fellowship inside.

I won 2 decorations in the raffle...and an offer for a free tree.

Interesting meeting on Denail....and we finished the club Christmas tree. Tonight the Come As You Are Church guy delivered bread to my neighborhood...and Dave shared fresh picked Fl. citrus at noon.

My son came over..asked me to attend a DAV party tomorrow night.
there was a time he would nwever have asked to take me anywhere!! :shades:

Went to Gregs 1st anniversary and Steve T spoke. Met Gregs parents from Ky. both over 20 in AA. And sat with Steves sister...40 days sober. I simply love ro see kin in AA.

Stephen E...my late brother would have his 20 year medallion this month. I just bet they serve chocolate cake in the Big Sky Meeting.

Finished my Christmas decorating... my 1st in this apartment. I will stay here this year as the trip up to Md. just too daunting. Added plus...both S and S will be around.

Hmm..after my noon meeting I went to the store. after checking out...I dropped my billfold. When I got home...a message on my machine..

"Carol...Michelle from AA. I found your billfold and it is at the stores office"

The store was packed...what are the odds?

Sad for my Grandsons. Debroah died at 48.

She was a excellent Mom when they were small.

Then came alcohol and prescription drugs.

Home from our Christmas dinner party speakers meeting.

What love and fellowship. Makes me sorry for the non AAers.

I sat betwen 2 newcomers to our group..Matt and Glen ...retreads still trying. I pray they will hook in this time.

I sold the raffle tickets...raised $140 for our flower fund.

Did not win a prize but Sherry gave me hers... a Santa cause I collect them.
I gave Glen a circle and triangle for his truck as I had 2.

The spirit of giving is rhe best feeling!!
